I had an incredible experience with the Capco interview process. The structure included both technical and non-technical interviews, and I felt the balance was fair.
During technical interviews, I made a point to think aloud and clearly walk through my problem-solving process. Interviewers were engaged, receptive, and encouraging.
In the non-technical interviews, the interviewers were professional, incredibly kind, and created an environment where it felt like a pleasant conversation about my past experience.
They held a one hour case study think tank in a group setting of 5 people. After the discussion, all members were invited to give a short presentation and a question and answer session.

Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
