Even after collecting all the personal relevant documents offer letter is not released. HR said that the offer letter is pending business approval for budget but she didn't even bother to call/inform what went wrong or to ask for negotiation. She just dropped the below mail with no feedback or explanation. HR should have the courtesy to inform the candidate in person with a proper reason as she had already taken budget approval before scheduling the interview. "Unfortunately, we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy for the current opening at Capco."

I appeared last year in 2020 for diff testing position and cleared all rounds. HR asked for document and there was no communication after that. No reply on multiple follow ups. Again recently I got call from HR for another position. Appeared for interview , cleared , submitted doc .again silence. Capco this is very poor hr experience. Twice cleared the rounds but same scenario. If you don't want to hire, pls convey clearly.
