There where 5 round of onsite interviews, mixed with and onsite role play with other 15 (more or less) candidates. The first interview was with the potential new boss, normal, with no tricky questions, in wich they explained you the company and you have to tell about your Cv. The other 4 interviews where with other directors, not so long as the first ones, just cheking things like what are your prons and cons as a manager, or where do you se yourself positioned in the next five years. After the first interview , the proposed candidates are selected to go to the role play in different groups, the select ones go directly to the interviews with other directors. Notice that not all the Business Managers are selected like that, some of them skiped the role play part, and some others where previously in other positions inside the company.

4 à 5 entretiens à passer avec le RH, le team manager, le directeur de division, le DG. Les entretiens ne sont pas très bien structurés et se ressemblent ! On vous répète souvent la même choses, avec des questions parfois identiques
