I went really well, I was asked most interesting questions on Abinitio with real time scenarios and questions on Oracle and shell scripting with real time indepth questions. I was happy to be part of Capgemini.

I was asked about resource allocations on lookups and joins based scenarios like in-memory sort and sorted inputs. It was very uniq and interested question to answer.
The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.
