Very smooth and transparent process.HR was very coperative in this phase . Initial round was a written test then later conducted technical, behavioural and HR rounds.Overall thr process was very smooth that we could track each steps through clarity

Interview was useful and understandable. They asked me subject related questions and I have answered confidently all the questions. Interview level was medium. So Interview process was good and not very tough.

Entrevista
This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
