Interview was useful and understandable. They asked me subject related questions and I have answered confidently all the questions. Interview level was medium. So Interview process was good and not very tough.

There were 2 rounds. First, there was the HR round or the screening, asking basic questions, and then there was the technical round, where I was asked questions regarding my experience.

This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
