Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela Capgemini em ago. de 2016
Entrevista
Went to the venue by the schedule time at 9AM. It has taken more than 1.30 hr for them to process the resume and send all the candidates to an open hall. After one more hour or so, came a hr guy who took me to a conference hall. Some basic java questions were asked and I was thru. At 12PM, i was asked to wait for the next round. I waited we waited and all waited... None has any idea when they would conduct the next round. I had 3 more interviews on the same day. All missed due to the dead delay process. At 2PM was asked to go for lunch. One more hour gone. Then I was called for next round. The crazy thing was that the client was ADP. They kept us waiting until the clients come. Well, i had a high level technical discussion with ADP guy. I was sure that I covered over 85% of the questions. I was overwhelmed in joy. But the result came negative. I couldn't believe those words 'you can leave for the day'. Are they kidding me? If my technical standards are not up to the mark, why the hell that guy interviewed me for over 1hr 15 mins? I was disappointed beyond my control. I went to the hr and asked "u should have told me before in the mail that it was for ADP. because interview is a fun for them. They play with desperate candidates. I went home , recollected all the interview questions and verified online. I was right in more than 85% questions. If they want 100%, the candidates prefer google, facebook or microsoft. Not ADP. Not CapGemini. Remember.
