Two people interviewed me and it took one to two months to present the offer.

3 rounds of telephonic interview with Principals and Directors. The process was very quick (a week). Post that the HR asked for current documents. The HR came back after 3 weeks and we negotiated on final compensation figure, and he said that he should be able to role out offer letter in a couple of days, but didn't respond for another 2 weeks. Post that I reached out to HR and the team, and they mentioned that they would not be able to roll out offer, which I found very unprofessional.
