After 1 hour of interview, interviewer said they are looking for a person strong in Automotive and Telecom industry. I am not sure if Capgimini read resumes properly. Nowhere I have mentioned automotive industry and telecom experience. Capgimini should understand that they are taking interview of a very senior person and should not waste time of everyone and after 1 hour of interview Capgimini said requirement is mismatching. I know there are people in Capgimini whose sole responsibility is to take interviews only and nothing else, but they should do their work properly of screening resumes.
