Short initial phone screening for eligibility and suitability, followed by first phone interview, that was skills focused, with a final face to face interview that was largely based on a case study to demonstrate approach

Three stages, HR verification call that was about 30 minutes + long technical and behavioural validation - lots of technical, conceptual questions related to the position (2hrs) + presentation that I needed to prepare and present (1hr). Took a lot of time in between the stages. Overall the staff was friendly.
