I applied through a Capgemini recruiter. The process took 3+ weeks. Fantastic communication and care.
I had a total of 3 phone interviews on 3 separate occasions. Then I had an in office interview which I met 2 more people.
The interview process was very positive, I liked their honest approach and presentation test.

Initial sift interview with recruiter. Then virtual interview with department head - offer was agreed at the end of the virtual interview. Questions about experience and meeting Capgemini company values.

The interview process was largely hassle-free and well-structured. Although the overall timeline was longer than expected, I was kept informed about the delays and next steps at every stage. The entire process followed a systematic approach, with regular follow-ups and clear communication from the HR team, which made the experience transparent and reassuring
