Worst interview experience I had is with capG. Interview panel had two members. One looked manager level and other lead level. Asked easy question. Though I answered correctly, they looked each other, signalled something (laughing with them). Not a professional one.
The recruitment process was professional and comprehensive. It began with an HR screening, followed by two technical rounds focused on .NET internals and system design. The first round covered C# advanced features and ASP.NET Core, while the second round focused on microservices architecture, SQL optimization, and design patterns.
