Capgemini visited our campus for the selection process in January. It was my first interview.
The overall process is:
• Online Test
• Technical Interview
• HR Interview
Basically, Capgemini focuses on analyzing your skills and knowledge of technology. They don't want much more from you but they want you must know the basic concept clear.

Entrevista
It was hassle free and there was the support team if there was any connection interruption in the interview and solved it. Good interview overall and i would suggest to everyone

Entrevista
The role which I was interviewed was for contact support group an entry level job as a software associate. The role involves dealing with the clients and solving their probelms. So my interview questions were all HR based questions. They were basically looking for candidates who has a good communication skill and are flexible working during night shifts. That's all.
