The interviewer was highly disrespectful of interviewee's experience. He expected textbook answer and answers based on his assumption of process. He has an assumption that SAP works only in one way but ignorant pf the fact that SAP processes can be suited to meet client requirement. He was not keen on understanding the skill and experience of interviewee rather textbook by-hearted answer.
