It lasted for 20 mins, i was asked call in to a conf number. Person seemed very focused, focused if i had architect experience or not. Interesting thing, the position needed architect experience was not communicated by the recruiter before hand. I had no idea what they were looking for before interviewing. He was listening to what i said , did not critique my answers at all.

Phone screen with HR; then a 45 minute, multiple choice test about coding. Next was an online interview with a senior software development manager (4 days later). After that was an online interview with a software manager on the actual project (3 days later). I got an offer about 2 weeks after that. I then had an online meeting with the client 7 days later. My start date was roughly 6 weeks after the process began.
