Whole application process is very confusing. Applied through email with all the necessary information that is stated in the job portal. HR called me within half an hour after I submitted my application and ask questions that were already written in both the email and resume. Called me the next day to inform me about having a technical test and asked me to prepare for it. It was mentioned that the test will probably take place during the following week and the HR will confirm with me once everything is confirmed. However, I waited for 2 weeks before the HR got back to me. Called me and inform that I have 4 days to complete the technical test. After attempting the technical test, got a call from the HR asking for feedback on the test as apparently, quite a number of candidates had complained that the test were beyond the knowledge and skills of a fresh graduate. Gave the feedback and was told that the company will look into it. Did not received any calls after that.
