Grading from campus hire to manager (A4, A5, B1,B2, C1 (senior consultant) and C2 is Manager) the interview panel for SAP technology is as follows: A4 to C1 grades : Usually a Manager from C2 level with take the technical interview/ Managerial Interview in one go for 30 minutes to me hour depending upon the candidates grade . If Candidate is A4 fresher or A5 fresher with any certifications or B1 1 to 3 years experience or B2 3 to 5 years experience then typically interview can take place anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes with one technical evaluation from a Manager and if short listed, a HR interview/ Salary fixation will follow. Technical Manager will never discuss about salary/ notice period/ grade etc. SC level interview where if a candidate has 5 to 7 years of experience then also the same process is followed. If the candidate has experience of 8 years and above them the Panel will be a senior Manager who will access technical/ Managerial skills for about 45 minutes to 1 hour I’m one go and follow Ed by a HR interview if short listed.
