This was my second time at Capgemini. The interview process was good. The panel, however, was very inexperienced and was not logical in asking the right questions. One of the members couldn't even answer my questions, because she was very inexperienced. The overall interview lasted for about an hour, with more of a general discussion. The senior managers, however, were not available, so the rest of the day was wasted. One fact about Capgemini is that they dont care about candidate's time and efforts. Since this was my second interview with them, I could see the same negligence and attitude.
