In September 2021, I gave an interview for Capgemini. There were two rounds of Interviews: 1. Technical Round 2. HR Round Post clearing these two you'll receive LOI after a month or so. (I received it at the end of November 2021) and they'll ask for your confirmation and some documents. In February 2022, I received a mail regarding my enrollment into the six-month ADAPT program. In August 2022, I completed the ADAPT training along with all its Assessments. Finally, in December 2022, I received the DOJ which is in February 2023. So, to sum it up this recruitment process is going to take 1 year and 6 months to complete (September 2021 - February 2023) This was my honest and overall recruitment journey.

It was not that good. The interview was online and the interviewer was late with 3 hours and was asking random questions no relevant to job. The first question was tell me about yourself and the later questions were not asked based on that.
