The Capgemini interview process involved 3 rounds. 1st is L1- technical round, 2nd is L2 - Technical round and the finally the HR round. In both the technical interviews, the questions were regarding the basics of Informatica and SQL. Finally in HR round, the discussion is all about salary and compensation.
