I had a very negative experience with the interview process at Capgemini that I feel compelled to share. I was scheduled for an interview with, but unfortunately, the interviewer did not show up. I waited for a significant period, hoping that they would join, but there was no communication whatsoever. No apologies, no notifications—nothing.
What was even more shocking was that after this wasted time, I received an email from HR stating that they would not be moving forward with my application. This was incredibly disheartening, considering it was the interviewer's absence and lack of communication that led to this outcome. It feels quite unfair to be penalised for a situation completely out of my control.
I expected professionalism and courtesy, particularly in a hiring process. Instead, I was left feeling disregarded and unvalued. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they handle their employees. I would advise potential candidates to think twice before investing their time in an interview with this company.

There are 2 interviews and 2 exams. First interview is the normal HR one, after we had the exams. One is for SQL and power platform technologies knowledge. The second one is the psicological test.
