i had 5 rounds of interviews (technical, behavioral, managerial) and when they were ready to send an offer, they asked to do a meet and greet with one person (confirmed with HR multiple times). it turned out to be an interview with two persons. this is disingenuous and sets up the candidate for failure. i didnt prepare and my mind was not set.
