Capgemini's process puts you at ease. I was called by someone who had technical expertise, not an HR person, which helped me to express my strengths. They went out of their way to make people feel at ease on the assessment day and exuded professionalism. There's no box to tick to say 'considering offer', but thats what I'm doing.
