Always taking first round. There is no standard procedure followed recently.
Different different HR will call you to schedule 1st round and after that nothing, if by chance you get update that second round will happen , and that never happens.

It was great a experience, interviewer covered all the topics related to Java Developer role and it went smooth. Ambience was very good and all the members of Capgemini treated all the candidates well and good
