The interview process was extremely thorough. It was very detailed, but I respected the process because it showed me they highly value who they place. Be prepared to go the distance because it may take several steps. I had a phone screen, 1-1 interviews, assessment, writing tests, and writing samples.

Tell me about a time when you had to gain consensus on an idea you had. What was it and how did you gain consensus?
straightforward, lots of good questions about strategy and what i would do in my the first few months on the role. Also some questions about “tell me about a time when”

Entrevista
I completed three rounds of interviews after the initial HR screening. Each interviewer was professional, respectful, and well-prepared. The entire process was smooth and informative, resulting in a very positive experience.

Entrevista
Was referred by a current employee. The recruiter called to walk me through the entire interviewing process but it became clear we were not on the same page about working conditions, etc. during our conversation. I said I may not be the best fit given their expectations. The recruiter said she would touch base the hiring manager first to ask about flexibility and would call me back later that day. She never did. Had I continued with the process, it seems like it would have been extensive, to include an hour-long online assessment and an all-day onsite for multiple interviews at the very least.
