My recruiter found my resume Piazza and they reached out to me over email. They flew me down for a day of interviews (which was interesting because every other Tech job I've applied to has requested either phone or on-campus interviews (or both) before they would bring me onsite). I was put in a hotel for the night and then I did my interviews the next day. It went very well and they were very nice and friendly. First we got a tour of the campus (I choose to visit their Richmond, VA Office), then we had our interviews. There were three interviews, one behavioral, one technical, and one case study. I will note that the case study was very different from the way my recruiter explained it. They offered a sample video on Youtube where people had to explain how they would go about boosting sales of at a hypothetical ice cream company, and so I went into the interview ready to do math and try to do something similar. Instead, we talked about a project Capital One's tech team had done in the past, and what went wrong and what could have been improved. I actually had to code a little during the case study too, which caught me off guard at first. All of my interviewers were very helpful, and very nice!
