Entrevista
Got the interview after going to a happy hour hosted near campus (after dropping off a resume at the career fair). First round on campus, one-on-one for about half an hour. It was a case study.
Then online IQ test, when passed, final round interview in Richmond.
Flew out, had dinner with their analysts the night before, shuttle came to pick up interviewees at 7 am the next day. 3 case study interviews, 1 behavioral, and if they're on the fence about you you get an additional interview after lunch.
They take around 10-20% out of final round

1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
