Submitted my resume online and the recruiter got back to me within 3 days. Set up an on site interview immediately (no screening or anything) and went to their site. Had three interviews that day: job fit, case, and behavioral. Behavioral was pretty typical, case interview was pretty typical, and the job fit was just asking what programming languages you knew and asked to write some code. After lunch, they brought me in to speak with a manager over the phone and basically told me I got an offer.
