There was an initial phone interview, followed by a visit to the Capital One Richmond campus. Here, from 8:30 am until either 1 pm or 3 pm, you will have one behavior interview and either two or three case interviews. The necessity of the 3rd interview is determined by whether the company feels as though they can make a final decision based on the morning session.
