Entrevista
On campus recruiting - first interview is 30min and entirely a case, no fit questions or "why do you want to work here" questions at all.
The case is pretty simple, calculate profitability as well as some higher level analysis on what to consider to increase profitability.
At the end, there is a few minutes for questions from the interviewee. The interviewer was very nice and walked me through parts of the case I was stumbling in, so overall it wasn't an uncomfortable experience.

1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
