One campus interview, followed by a virtual power day consisting of 3 interviews. Not terribly difficult, overall took about 3 weeks from start to finish, received results within 2 days of the power day.
1st Round - Behavioral
2nd Round - Super day - Case, Behavioral, and Job Fit interviews
Very positive candidate experience. Everyone is very helpful.
For the case - just do some practice online through youtube, practice talking out loud to explain your though process.

I wish the interview process was faster. It was difficult to connect to some of the interviewers during it, most were stone cold which is surprising for capital one especially since they recruited me initially
