Entrevista
Contacted in September by recruiter about program as an engineering student in final year. Applied in December. A week later, contacted by recruiter again to schedule phone screen and to send updated resume if anything changed. Sent updated resume. Phone screen about a week later. Recruiter seemed annoyed from the get go- maybe she was having a stressful morning. Asked questions about what I know about the position, why am I interested, and what experience I have, and my interests in emerging technology. Lasted around ten minutes. Was told I would here back in a week for application update. Got rejection email two days later.

Applied online. First round interview with recruiter. Behavioral questions. Tell me about yourself. Why capital one? why are you interested in this position? Questions based in resume and projects you have worked on. Heard back after a week.

Entrevista
Coding assessment followed by a phone screen and a "super day" of three interviews via Zoom: a behavioral interview, job fit interview, and a case interview. Ample resources were given before the super day, simply make sure to go over them well beforehand. My favorite interview was the case interview which felt like a friendly conversation with lots of math involved. No coding is involved. The recruiter was friendly and responsive.

For phone screen: How do you keep up with technology trends? When did you realize that a career in technology is for you?
Short phone interview first just to demonstrate basic interest in tech, make sure background fits. Main interview has 3 parts: job fit, behavioral, case. Job fit was pretty similar to phone interview. Behavioral was "talk about a time you..." Case was more mathy than a consulting case, but pretty straighforward.
