Applied for multiple positions on Capital One website. Got a call from HR. First Round was with hiring manager. Simple UI related questions for about 20 mins. Second round was online test. This was to test vocabulary, Logical Reasoning, etc. Time allotted to complete this test is very less. But the key is to not answer all questions. Just answer some but make sure they are correct. Could not get through this round.
