Entrevista
It took about a month to hear back after sending in an application, then had the 20 minute interview on the phone with a recruiter to just go over basic questions as well as why capital one, why coda, how I keep up with technology, why software engineering.
Then heard back about two weeks later to find out I made it to the final interview round. They provide you with information to prep for the interviews (case, behavioral, and fit).
The other descriptions here are pretty spot on, the fit is about why you want to work in tech. Behavioral is 3 scenario-based questions (tell me when...) and the case I received was finding out which of the two vendors Capital One should work with to provide a location on a bank statement to reduce fraud reports. I saw something similar online but it had some slight differences in numbers/details.

Basically know how to work with percents and identifying a break-even point. There should be no coding. Figure out which vendor is better when there is a limit in budget, limit in #, and no limit.

3. After that got a email to select power day date (4 hours total with 1 hour break; 3 interview, an hour each)

Entrevista
I sent an application at the beginning of August. Around the middle of October, I receive an email inviting me to a 30 min Phone Screen with a recruiter about 2 weeks from the date of the screening. A week later I get an invitation to their Power Day with a time slot pending after the holidays. Around January, I get an email to officially schedule my Power Day. This consisted of a Job Fit, Behavioral and Case Study. A week later I received my offer! Overall, I had a very positive experience!
Overall, the app process took 6 - 7 months but others had shorter time intervals so your mileage may vary.

Took over a month to hear back from them after I submitted my application. Then took another month to schedule the power day after the phone screen. Power day was alright but I feel like the case interview prep they send you wasn't like the case interview at all.
