Internal posting with two interviews from different unit managers in person. The posting was an internal posting. If it would have been for an external candidate the interview process would have been more vigorous. Generally how the process goes for external candidates is a phone interview by the recruiter, then a phone interview by a manager, then multiple in-person interviews with various management. The questions are pretty standard if you do your research. It is a good idea to practice and do your research about interviewing. Also it is helpful to research the job role you are posting for and about the company. Smile and be nice, it is not just about your experience or knowledge but how you will potentially interact with other people in the work environment. Sometimes the recruiters have a tendency to take long to respond or communicate so don't be afraid to reach out to them in a professional manner.

Entrevista
This was internal move, required reporting manager recommendation, Initial phone interview and was interviewed by Department Manager and Floor Sup Manager. Behavioral questions with the answers to be in Situation Obstacle Action Result order, and the second part of the interview is where you have to provide coaching for an "associate" (the interviewer) that is struggling

Entrevista
I had to take a computer based assessment both for mathematical skills and behavioral findings. Later, I had to do a role play over the phone with an HR rep. The scenario was based on a new hired manager coaching an employee with declining performance results. Finally, had to sit down with two department managers for behavioral interviews.
