Bad experience and no feedback after the interview. Some questions are very useless. For example, how many hours were spent on coding in total? And nobody could count that. But this company use this as part of the interview.

Power day (technical, behavioral, case study). Online assessment beforehand using code signal. Leetcode medium level questions for all (maybe 1 easy in the OA). Prepare for object oriented programming as well.
1 tech with easy leetcodes (4-5 subparts), 3 behavioral questions, and 1 case with information about understanding a C1 problem and applying the following provided information to create a solution.
