First Round Interview was just a 45 minute behavioral interview and the Power Day consisted of a behavioral, job fit, and case interview. The woman interviewing me was really nice and really talked up Cap1.

Very positive candidate experience. Everyone is very helpful.
For the case - just do some practice online through youtube, practice talking out loud to explain your though process.

I wish the interview process was faster. It was difficult to connect to some of the interviewers during it, most were stone cold which is surprising for capital one especially since they recruited me initially
