Interview process included an online tech screening round followed by a five hour power day round. Power day included two rounds of behavioral interviews followed by coding, design, and a technical case study round. Overall the interviews were reasonable and all interviewers were friendly and pleasant.

For a senior manager position, the interviews were leaning more towards hand-on coding than average. Definitely need to brush up on coding skills if you want to do well on these EM interviews. There was also a design system question on virtual credit cards.
