It was a two-step interview, the first being a mini case, then if you pass the first one, you move on to the second, which is a power day interview, which was 4 hours with 4 different interviewers. The interview was not really behavioral, about you or your experience, but more about you being given scenarios and you walking through what you would do. Also, during one of my interviews, the interviewer's daughter walked in, and they talked for a bit then we started again.
