No first round phone interview. Applied through my school's career services page. Was prompted to take a math/verbal standardized test. After passing the test, was scheduled to travel to interview onsite. At the interview site, interviews consisted of a behavioral interview with a director as well as two case interviews. One interview was about maximizing the profit of a ferry company. The second dealt with an employee verification program and involved a break-even analysis. Overall, interviewers were personable and friendly. Emphasis seemed to be on quantitative analytical capabilities. Very straight forward.
