it was very tiresome. People seemed to love the company, and the culture was very upbeat. The process seemed very repetitive though. They asked a few standard questions like why Capital One and proceeded in a fun manner. Didnt feel stressed.

First, I completed a one way interview conducted through HireVue, where I recorded responses to preset questions, and then I proceeded to an actual interview with a recruiter, which allowed for a more interactive conversation about my experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
