Interview process was not bad. 3 total interviews including recruiter call. I did two zoom interviews with the hiring manager and another manager from a different Cafe. It was a little unorganized.

Process started with a recruiter interview then an interview with the hiring manager at the actual location. Followed by a back-to-back interview with two different regional hiring managers. The behavioral question did not really line up to the job description, in my opinion. The interview process is very long and I was disappointing to go through the lengthy process and not get a follow-up. I reached out to the recruiter over a week later and asked for an update just for them to send a moving forward with other candidates email days later. The process took over a month.
