They flew me out to the Plano TX office for my interview. Three part interview, Behavioral, Case, and Technical Interview. They send you a lot of prep material before hand. The typical interview day consists of three 45 minute interviews, a 15 minute break between one of those and then an hour and a half lunch with current employees going through the TDP program. I had the behavioral first and it was fairly easy, my second was supposed to be the technical interview and my interviewer never showed. When I told the staff in the interview center they were very helpful trying to solve the issue.
Essentially I just sat in a room for an hour and fifteen minutes waiting for my next interview. Next was my Case interview and that didn't go over well. They promote it as a problem you solve with your interviewer and you work your way through it together. My interviewer had a very thick Indian accent and was hard to understand. Whenever I asked her to repeat something she ignored me and carried on. In the end I didn't get to "solve a case" with my interviewer. I was asked either simple yes or no questions or super complex how would you solve this company problem and any questions I had about further information pertaining to the problem were ignored.
To fit my technical interview in before I had to leave for the airport, I was given a 15 minute lunch. Eating rushed is extremely fun!! The technical interviewer I had was very professional and I felt like that was a great part of the interview process.
