Phone screen followed by 3 video interviews, one with the manager and two others from the team/ department. Questions were of a standard behavioral interview style. Plenty of time was kept for asking questions of your own.

Most professional process I ever went through. After sending in my cv, I was invited a good week later for a video call with the hiring manager and HR. One week after that a final video call with the manager and manager +1. Interviewers were very well prepared and strong interviewers. Thanks to this I feel they got ten times as much info out of a 1 hour interview than other recruiters. In between interviews good follow-ups. Clear instructions and not just selling the job but also managing expectations
