I interviewed with two panels of 3 people. both asking typical behavioral questions. I tried to tie into my interview the perks i've learned of the company. from community involvement to the wide array of business Cargill is involved in.

tell me about a time you made a mistake, what did you do to correct the issue. tell me about a time you had to take a leadership role or a risk in your current position. why would you be a good addition to the cargill team. what about the position attracted you to apply. tell me a weakness about yourself, or something you would like to improve on.
