I had four phone interviews over a several week period before bringing me in to the MN location. Most of the questions were behavioral based questions and scenario based questions. Overall the interviews were good but long. There were so many people I spoke with on the phone before the in person interview that I had no more questions to ask about the position. There was a mix up of when I was to have the in person interviews that I was left to finding flights to MN the evening before the interviews and flew in the morning of the interviews and then left immediately after the interview.
