Spoke with HR rep. Following phone call I was sent an online assessment. I never heard back the results or an email letting me know my status of my candidacy.

The assessment had shapes at different angles you compared to determine if they were the same shape or not.
After you apply, they will review your resume and send out assessments then schedule a call with the recruiter. I was given a link to schedule a time with recruiter, but decided against it because there mannerism were just plain rude as if they have better things to do, turned me off to the whole organization and did not proceed with scheduling an interviewing.
