to take on every aspect of the store and to be scrutinized and belittled and looked down on every time someone would come into the store . never positive but always an " i gotcha ". so many meetings but you are still expected to do the same amount of work no matter what . no one cared for you .no one wanted to listen to any issues if you are a member of management.
