Worst interview process by far. I have worked for big box Fortune 50 and 100 companies as a store manager and have never had to go through so much heartache and indecisive leaders. The interview process went on for 5 months. Met with 8 different leaders within organization within the 5 month time frame. Was offered a verbal agreement to one location which was taken back due to the position being filled. Why, was I offered the position? Then location 2 came about but again taken back because of my drive from home to work and vice versa was 45-1 hr. Was told to be patient, yeah like I am going to wait around. This was all for a service manager position that I was overqualified for and low balled in regards to salary. It is very apparent by the look of things from a leadership and store management standpoint, DIVERSITY should be a focus. Unless you are confident you will get hired, it's not worth your time. Believe me.
