Applied during the first week of August and a month later I had a phone interview. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, had a phone interview with HR, waited another week before I had 3 -1 hour back to back interviews with different people all on the same day and then didn't hear anything for 7 weeks. I reached out to them to see what the status of the position was and they told me they decided to move on with different candidates... After 5 interviews. Very poor communication throughout the entire interview process.
